On Monday, 13 November, the Decolonizing Wealth Project and Peace Direct are hosting two sessions exploring “Decolonizing international cooperation: What does this mean & where does #ShiftThePower fit in?
These conversations will bring together practitioners and activists from across the globe who are engaging at regional, national, and multi-national levels to decolonize aid, development, philanthropy, and other “systems” that perpetuate colonialism and extraction.
Participants will have the opportunity to explore the multiple ways and perspectives on how decolonization and reimagining work is unfolding in different contexts and what opportunities, challenges, and questions are emerging. Please come and share your perspectives!
There will be two sessions to cater for participants from different time zones. Both sessions will cover the same subject matter but will have different guest speakers, so please sign up for the one that is most convenient for you.
