DEFINITION: The cake of the vulnerable child, is defined according to us, as what the child needs urgently, according to the situations and the living conditions of the moment.

We look left and right in the community, we see places of Bars where people quench their thirst, obviously with supply of different kinds of ready-to-eat foods among others, kebabs, sausages, etc… , with somewhat substantial expenses (between 5 and 10 US dollars).; while at the family, consumption remains fixed, there will be no deduction of what he consumed at the Bar, at the budget forecast for that day. Hence, the charge that is added to the initial budgeting.

The vulnerable child, especially the one we have recovered, being desperate, does not need much for his survival. Just between 1 and 2 US dollars a day is enough for the indigent orphan child to have the fundamental right to be treated as a child in the community. This child will be beneficial in this community, when he is given the chance to regain his fundamental rights, he is the one who even manifests the behavior of understanding the phenomenon of vulnerability, he is the one who knows well and truly how we can define the vulnerability. So the child does not need a lot of things to be reintegrated into school. If we calculate well, we can see that a 10-year-old child who has dropped out of school due to very heavy living conditions for him, for the whole school year can consume around 500 US dollars. If the community can contribute with 2 dollars for each household, this child will be beneficial in the community for a certain time, he will actively participate in the reintegration, especially in school, of children who will not have the means to go to school. Therefore, this assistance (this contribution), will be very beneficial for this child and will never forget her. This is the gift that the vulnerable child needs.

So, let everyone make it their duty to release something in their community, for the safeguard of vulnerable children, which will be an unforgettable gift for this child.

DÉFINITION : Le gâteau de l’enfant vulnérable, se définit selon nous, comme ce dont l’enfant a un besoin urgent, selon les situations et les conditions de vie du moment.

On regarde à gauche et à droite dans la communauté, on voit des lieux de Bars où les gens se désaltèrent, évidemment avec fourniture de différentes sortes de plats cuisinés entre autres, brochettes, saucisses, etc…, avec des dépenses un peu conséquentes (entre 5 et 10 dollars américains).; alors qu’à la famille, la consommation reste fixe, il n’y aura pas de déduction de ce qu’il a consommé au Bar, au niveau du budget prévisionnel de cette journée. D’où la charge qui s’ajoute à la budgétisation initiale.

L’enfant vulnérable, surtout celui que nous avons récupéré, étant désespéré, n’a pas besoin de grand-chose pour sa survie. Entre 1 et 2 dollars américains par jour suffisent pour que l’enfant orphelin indigent ait le droit fondamental d’être traité comme un enfant dans la communauté. Cet enfant sera bénéfique dans cette communauté, quand on lui donnera la chance de retrouver ses droits fondamentaux, c’est lui-même qui manifeste le comportement de comprendre le phénomène de vulnérabilité, c’est lui qui sait très bien comment on peut définir la vulnérabilité. L’enfant n’a donc pas besoin de beaucoup de choses pour être réintégré à l’école. Si on calcule bien, on peut voir qu’un enfant de 10 ans qui a abandonné l’école à cause de conditions de vie très lourdes pour lui, pour toute l’année scolaire peut consommer environ 500 dollars américains. Si la communauté peut contribuer avec 2 dollars pour chaque ménage, cet enfant sera bénéfique dans la communauté pendant un certain temps, il participera activement à la réinsertion, notamment à l’école, des enfants qui n’auront pas les moyens d’aller à l’école. Donc, cette aide (cette contribution), sera très bénéfique pour cet enfant et ne l’oubliera jamais. C’est le cadeau dont l’enfant vulnérable a besoin.

Alors, que chacun se fasse un devoir de libérer quelque chose dans sa communauté, pour la sauvegarde des enfants vulnérables, qui sera un cadeau inoubliable pour cet enfant.
