The Noel Buxton Trust Fund has a longstanding commitment to funding projects in African countries, prioritizing sustainable livelihood development in community settings. As a small charity, we concentrate our limited funds on initiatives deeply rooted in communities and shaped by the insights of those who will benefit.

We prefer projects that:

• Support income generation through investments in skills and micro-finance.

• Focus on women-headed households and street-connected children.

• Are located in semi-arid regions or peri-urban slums where economic hardship is most severe.

We encourage applications that facilitate the replication of successful practical solutions or aim to bring about relevant policy changes through effective advocacy.
