This form is for both CSOs and funders. The questions we ask on this form are critical to ensuring your organization is well represented in Search results and that your Organizational Profile is as complete and informative as possible. Some sections and questions in the form are REQUIRED. Without your answers to these key questions we cannot ensure your inclusion in the Search and we cannot provide your organization a Profile.
Instructions:
- Your organization profile has the following sections:
- About My Organization (the only required section)
- Detailed Organizational Information
- Organization Contact Information
- Areas of Work & Specialization
- Networks, Associations, & Cooperatives
- Organization Contacts
- Org-to-Org Relationships
- Funder-Specific Details (Applies Only to Funders).
- Each section can be opened and closed by clicking on the section name.
- You can come back to edit your organization profile at any time by clicking on the "My Org" option in the top navigation mention on the website.
- The more information you fill in about your organization, the easier it will be for others to find you.
